• Assess plan, implement and evaluate patient nursing care plans by working with health care team members
• Provide direct patient care in the emergency department, triaging patients, performing assessments, and implementing appropriate interventions

• Rotates as Team Leader of the shifts assisting other staffs in managing the patient care unit for clinical aspects to include organizing, developing, directing and assuring the delivery of cost-effective quality patient care
• Maintain and promotes customer satisfaction through effective customer service and patient centered care

• Coordinate the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, evaluation and monitoring of critically ill patients, utilizing a multi-disciplinary plan of care
• Monitored vital signs, adequacy of ventilation, level of consciousness and pain for immediate referral
• Responding to life-saving situations, using nursing standards and protocols for treatment
• Report adverse drug reactions, medication errors and incident reporting in accordance with organization policies
