I have been in the marketing and advertising business for over 30 years. With my husband, I owned a small ad agency, Ethicom Associates, Inc. Our agency successfully served diverse clients, such as government municipalities, the healthcare industry, heavy civil construction, workforce solutions, and non-profit organizations. In our agency business, I held account management positions, served as director of operations, and worked as an editor and writer. My responsibilities included managing projects, deadlines, and budgets in collaboration with the creative staff. I had oversight of the agency’s financial management and participated in the client care process, new business presentations, and general daily business processes. We also owned a chain of local community newcomer magazines in which I served as editor and writer.
