Product Owner of 2 internal applications developed by R&D:

• One used to build sale quotes and automatically generate production orders and configurations, and another one that centralize all information of client platforms and ACL.
• Gather needs, build specifications, schedule sprints through Jira, test and validate all releases.

• As cross company project manager, managed the migration of on-premise platform to Microsoft O365 (Outlook, Teams, Onedrive), the migration of CRM on Dynamics 365 on same tenant, and built on boarding/off boarding process in HR tool.
• As Sales administration manager for Americas, analyzed purchase orders, edited orders, invoiced customers through Dynamics 365 Business Central, forecasted orders and inventory levels.

• Managed 8 engineers responsible of IT Corporate infrastructure for users, based on Microsoft / Citrix : Messaging (Exchange, O365), data security, NAS/SAN Filers, backups, application and desktops virtualization, identity solutions (Active Directory, LDAP), back office automation tasks.
• Built project roadmap, handled priorities, validated architecture solutions, set budget.
• Main projects : migration of on prem messaging infrastructure to hybrid MS365 (10 000 users), upgrade of Citrix infrastructure, full disaster recovery plan.

• Led 10 persons in charge of validating sales paths of mobile plans on different sale channels from subscription to bills control and data use control.
• Coordinated technical teams for launch of new offers on different Web front office systems (public, business, or customer service) each week.
• Led projects for new tools to optimize and secure parameters delivery for production and led change management.

• Managed delivery of platforms for a portfolio of applicative IT projects (SAP, CRM, ticketing, Salesforce etc. ): server deployment, network, flows configuration, exploitation, production and migration plan, go live
  

• SFR (Telecom provider) - 1.5 years : IT project manager for infrastructure projects portfolio.
  
• RATP (Subway Transport company) - 2 years : Project manager officer in charge of installation of audiovisual systems in driverless metros in Paris (Line 1).

• Système U (Retail company) - 1,5 years : IT supervision and administration, server deployment, masters for desktop, virtualization of servers, training.
• MACIF (Insurance company) - 1,5 years : set up new desktop support level 2 and all process / troubleshooting documentation.
