I work with case managers to facilitate timely coordination of medical services and assist in establishing and maintaining relationships with appropriate community agencies and organizations including the managed care support contractor. I assist with LIMDU reviews, write TAD letters, monitor network tracking and help coordinate care for service members.

I work with case managers to facilitate timely coordination of medical services and assist in establishing and maintaining relationships with appropriate community agencies and organizations including the managed care support contractor. I assist with LIMDU reviews, write TAD letters, monitor network tracking and help coordinate care for service members.

I worked as a floor nurse passing medications and doing treatments as well as charting and interacting with family members. I was then promoted to Charge Nurse for Century Fields Assisted Living. My job duties were passing medications, doing treatments and ordering medications. I also made rounds with the doctors, made doctor appointments for residents and arrange transportation. Other duties was keeping records such as monthly vital signs and monthly summaries. I also did the yearly history and physicals. I interacted with residents and their families. I monitored CNAs and worked together with other departments.
