20+ years of experience overseeing projects in the cultural sector related to program management, administration, and project staff supervision. Directed digitization projects at George Washington University, Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum, MoMA, Smithsonian Archives, and the Whitney Museum of Art. Led outreach and engagement initiatives in archival standards and procedures and managing archival fields for special collections in the LYRASIS scholarly communities. Managed institution-wide data cataloging standards at MoMA and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Mapped out collection’s workflow planning and project milestones at the NMAAHC. Implemented collections management practices and new media projects at the Gantt Center for African American Arts + Culture.   • Build relationships with museum, archive and library leaders and communities to facilitate cooperation and collaboration, while promoting LYRASIS products and services related to web based open-source information management systems.
  • Create awareness for how collections-holding and lending cultural heritage organizations can advance their own digital strategic initiatives through partnering with a non-profit, technology forward scholarly organization, such as LYRASIS.
  • Develop educational webinars focused on collections management systems through LYRASIS Learning and Community Spotlight series.
  • Promote the office and its resources among scholars, maintaining liaison with other research centers, universities, and centers of higher education. In 2021-2021, I accomplished a 200% expansion of the Material Order Consortia member partnership – a collaborative program of mutual benefit with Harvard, Columbia, RISD, UCONN, University of Michigan, and OCAD University.
