My first year working at La Gloria ISD i was a teacher aide to preschool ages 3-4. My job consisted in assisting the lead teacher in running copies, cleaning and sanitizing classroom, having, small group activities and class lesson planning. on my second year at La Gloria ISD i was giving the pleasure of teaching preschool age 3. Lesson planning to classroom activities, science experiments to dramatic play, Reading to letter writing. Most important parent involvement. This school (2024) the school decided to not have preschool 3. The position i have is paraprofessional - special education, to where i do inclusions for six students. I help the students in spelling. reading( AR), math and science. I have the pleasure to work with amazing teachers. I also help another staff worker in custodial work.
