Learning Experience Design: Utilize and implement Kashida’s learning experience discovery, analysis, and design process:

• Effectively utilize Kashida’s discovery and analysis process through the human centred design workshops: Conduct needs-analysis to identify learning objectives, and evaluation and assessment strategies to identify the appropriate learning approach for the learner journey.
• Design online learning experiences that create impact.
• Identify and create innovative solutions in learning delivery including social and peer learning, work-based learning, informal learning, and performance-based learning based on feedback.

• Create content writing guides for SMEs and content writers based on the learning sequence identified for each learning experience.
• Creating development storyboards/briefs/scripts for digital learning assets (interactive objects, infographics, graphics, video, graphics, gamification elements, job aids, quizzes, animations, and quick reference guides, and native LMS content and interactions)
• Collaborate with copywriters, copy editors, translators to refine text content and scripts.
