• Running various tests in the Judgement Lab-MDR, physical properties, specific gravity testing, wire adhesion testing, calendaring, cross ply testing.

• Performed shift Data Review to make sure all Infinity entries are correct and timely
• Pulled various samples from finished products to THM’s and sent them to national laboratory for testing
• Participated in multiple PTR’s, TACE qualification studies as new products were being rolled out at the plant
• Covered for Microbiology when needed (approximately two years of the last five)
• Responsible for processing customer complaints that come through the mail or through the Ready Refresh water delivery service
• Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly upkeep, calibrations, testing of lab, production equipment
• Trouble shooting multiple issues with Water Processing technicians on EWM, Enact issues with production operators, inventory issues with the Planning Department, Profiler/section cutter issues with Blow mold Technicians, CoA, blind unload issues with Raw Material Handlers, ozone issues with the Maintenance Resources
• Was designated Site Admin by the Corporate Senior Quality Systems Manager to head the roll out of new Infinity Enact program to all production operators in the plant (spring 2022)

• Worked as a Microbiology Technician backup where, every third weekend, samples were pulled from the lines, plates were read, results were entered into Micro Tracking and MicroWeb, and all samples and finished products were plated
• Assisted Production with training new hires for Infinity Quality checks
• Performed manganese and ammonia testing on pulled samples
• Answered calls from Resources and Production about Quality issues on the floor
• Acted as Quality representative for second shift on the Safety teams
• Communicated daily Quality issues to second shift at the “6@6”

Performed pre-op on the rooms to make sure all equipment and surrounding areas were clean and ready for production to begin

• Assisted Microbiologist Technician with thermometer verification, as well as, ATP, APC swabbing and micro testing, daily
• Performed sensorial testing on expired meat to make sure it was safe to use for production
• Worked extensively with the Sanitation Department with Alchemy training, daily chemical usage, daily room release reports, Incident reports, interviewing employee candidates and some inventory control
• Helped create training processes and documents for all new Sanitation employees when the Sanitation department moved in-house
• Finished up on the organization and creation of all Sanitation related Operational Instruction Forms
• Other special projects assigned by the Sanitation Manager or Supervisors
• Audited all Sanitation training records to look for trends or missing documents in anticipation of the yearly SQF audit
