Worked as a depositor in a bakery enviornment. Deposited weights according to receipe specifications.. Started the shift setring up equipment , doing preflight inspections on Oven setting assured all required equipment was functional and ready . Filled out an hourly CCP check, weight check and finished bakes coming out of ovens.. Familiarity with Baker Perkin Ovens , Rack Ovens. Made changes as requested by Production Supervisor.Started as a regular line assocjate and then was promoted into the depositor role.. Made

Line Worker, weighing raw product inspected for quality. Once product was inspected, set back on conveyor, to next process.

As a production worker, started as a packer, then moved into a mixer and depositor role. Company made Mexican Food products.

As a Bakery associate i was in charge of baking different dessert products. Also was in charge of printing labels for tagging and shipping. Made sure all baked orders where completed. After completion of orders. We inspected finished goods. Then broke down equipment and sanitized prepped for next day.

Was part of event set up crew. Set up concerts, basketball events, Hockey events. And other events held at AT&T Center. Worked during actual event helping prep for changeover. Also did tear downs.
