I am currently in the Diesel Power Apprenticeship program through Local 701, We attend class on Tuesdays where we are learning all aspects of the Diesel industry and preventative maintenance. We apply these learned concepts directly into the field, working hands on throughout the day. We have learned the importance of tool safety, how to use them, how to keep a clean work area, and importance of PPE as well.

• Organized racks and shelves to maintain store visual appeal, engage customers, and promote specific merchandise.
• Handled cash transactions efficiently while adhering to company cash handling policies, ensuring accuracy in all financial exchanges.
• Built relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Managed returns, exchanges and refunds in accordance with store policy.
• Answered customer questions about sizing, accessories, and merchandise care.
• Boosted customer satisfaction levels through exceptional service, addressing concerns promptly, and providing a welcoming store environment.

Adult ESL Nigh School was a nightly thing, were immigrant adults came to learn better English. I did 15 hours of community service at the ESL Night School for adults at Conant High school. At the teachers sides, I was grading papers, helping pronounce words to the class, and putting presentations together for the teacher. Serving as a role model to the adults.
