Summary

With 33 years of managerial experience at Kaiser Permanente Medical Group, I effectively oversaw both union and non-union staff. My responsibilities included training and managing reception staff on customer service, as well as cash collection and handling for the entire medical center in Panorama City. I also managed various clerical positions that involved coordinating outside services and required a clear understanding of ICD-10 codes and KP benefits. Throughout my tenure, I closely collaborated with the medical physician staff to ensure smooth operations. In 2020, the KPPC Administrative Team approached me to return and manage a team of travel and temporary nurses for the Covid-19 Vaccine Clinic, successfully completing the assignment in December 2023.
