weight lifting, riding stationary bike, eliptical, rower as well as swimming & taking long walks are part of my daily routine

Started attending Weight Watchers a couple of years ago, lost over 40 lbs & kept off 30 qualified taught me to live a healthier me! Still maintaining a lifetime membership.

I attend mass @ my Catholic Churches wherever I to because it helps me to be a more spiritual being!
