I led outside of the box thinking as we brought Mission Health System into our HCA Healthcare family. I brought together colleagues from both Transition Management teams and Implementation Specialists in order to touch all 130 practice locations in the first days of the acquisition. Most recently I led the go-live efforts for Catholic Medical Center again pulling together a diverse go-live team. I have raised the bar at every turn as to what I know our Transition Management Team can accomplish.

Paved the way into the acquisition era by leading HCA's first large practice acquisition of Heart and Family in East Florida.
  • Conducted post-transition assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments for future projects.
