Summary

While I have had many years experience as an LPN and in administration, I am more interested, at this time in my career, to work under the leadership of others. That is why a Resident Assistant or caregiver feels very right for me.

I have always enjoyed bedside care, providing comfort and reassurance. Dementia care takes patience and I feel that is a strength of mine. I have worked the nightshift before and understand the challenges and also the benefits.
