  • Reduced the number of assets with software that was already end of support by 50%. Created Software Governance Dashboards - These dashboards showed the assets that had software that were already end of support and those that would be end of support in the next 18 months.
  • Created standardization policies to standardize software and versions

  • Designed Virtual infrastructure to reduce the footprint of physical servers. All server refreshes would become virtualized.
