- Supervised a team of 11 Systems and Procedures Analysts for 11 years through a constantly changing environment.
- Project lead for effort to centralize the non-receipt of payment process to the VBAFC, oversaw the 4 year project to completion.
- Participated in User Acceptance Testing for new Enterprise Management Workload, Payments and Reporting (eMPWR) system, Recert Assignment Tracking System (RATS) and our Salesforce Post Payment Workshop.
- Analyzed existing systems and databases and recommended enhancements to solve business needs, instrumental in the creation of the RATS and Salesforce workload management systems.
- Collaborated closely with upper management to drive strategy through development and implementation of new processes. Created an extensive SOP to capture the non-receipt process.

- Lead the Recertification Division in managing the day to day operational and processing requirements; administering proper internal controls; managing non-receipt and non-entitlement claims & ACH Notice of Reclamations (NOR's). Overseeing the accuracy of all NOR ACH debit requests & signing all debit requests.
- Assisted in the overall planning of an effective financial Recertification program, implementing new policies and procedures, recommending improvements to existing systems when needed.
- TRACS Control(Treasury Receivable Collections System). Consists of the Limited Pay File, Payment over Cancellations, Reclamation Credits and misc credits and debits. Requires daily examination of the goals list to verify what will be received.
- Verify the accuracy of all documents received and ensure that all transmissions are received from Operations.
- Run the RC documents thru the Recert database. Process the requests for these runs thru Operations and assign these tasks.
- Verify all diary dates are met and assure the accuracy of the control log.
- Prepare and control the P102 and P103 reports received daily. Consists of all the Tracer actions input by the RO's, DMC and Recert & Treasury's responses to them.
- Answer all Reclamation and Tracs inquiries, assist with all inquiries to the Recert Division.
- Served as resident "expert" to co-workers, RO's, DMC and Treasury on all phases and procedures within the Recert division.
- Assisted in developing, maintaining and administering a complex set of automated and semi-automated system/subsystems to produce accurate and timely financial information by applying knowledge of federal legislation, VA regulations and IT directives to help develop and define system specifications
