
I have a very long background on customer service. I've worked up to higher positions multiple times. I'm also very skilled in figuring out what a customer needs. As you can tell by my previous experience I am a very loyal employee.
I oversee the domestic section in the home department of the Santa Clara Fred Meyer. Prior to that I was the Starbucks Lead also in the Santa Clara Fred Meyer. My duties included, but are not limited to: Cleaning the kiosk and the domestic section, organizing the supplies and ordering of the supplies. I also would unload our freight and work on the schedule.
I was a server and eventually I became a wait staff manager. I cleaned the bathroom's and the restaurant in preparation for opening. I trained all the servers, bartenders, and the hostess. I prepared all of the supplies for service and I also helped with the ordering of supplies.
I would like to start off by saying that I am a very hard worker I can multitask for most of my work day I can learn new tasks fairly quick I'm a visual and physical learner I'm also very punctual and rarely call in I like to meet new people and I love a fast paced work environment I don't mind getting dirty or doing the tasks that most people don't like to do
