Upon initial employment with Olympic Steel in August 1998 I was hired as a General Warehouse Technician. From there in February of 1999 I was able to obtain a promotion to Laser Operator where I handled the operations of Trumpf lasers, Bosch and Seimens numeric controls. In December of 2002 I was again promoted to Shipping and Receiving Clerk. From there I was able to earn two promotions including Shipping Coordinator and then finally Shipping Supervisor of which concluded my 23 year employment with Olympic Steel.
