I strongly believe that you should try to know at least the basics of everyone's job you are working with. That way you can better understand, and evaluate any situation or task, you may have to deal with. I feel it also makes you a better team player, when you understand everyone's position. I have always been a very focused, and driven person. I like, to be open minded, and look at everyone's point of view, soo that I, or we can make the best decision, especially when it comes to safety.
