Summary

Over the past 20 years, I have held many different titles in the Construction Industry. I've mainly worked in Paper Mills, and Power Plants, where safety is the top priority. I have always pushed myself to learn all that I can, about any job that I am a part of, or in charge of. I strongly believe that you should try to know at least the basics of everyone's job you are working with. That way you can better understand, and evaluate any situation or task, you may have to deal with. I feel it also makes you a better team player, when you understand everyone's position. I have always been a very focused, and driven person. I like, to be open minded, and look at everyone's point of view, soo that I, or we can make the best decision, especially when it comes to safety. I am very thorough in anything I do, whether Im at work or at home.
