Provided direct supervisory oversight of the entire FPCP, which included a blend of research, education, and field placement programs. Provided leadership in strategic planning for the FPCP to the Provost in collaboration with other specialty concentration directors, and in coordination with the Office of the Dean of the Clinical Psychology Doctoral Program. As director, implemented a dynamic recruitment strategy for the FPCP, which resulted in an increase in student enrollment by 600% in just three years. Assumed responsibility for leading the FPCP quality improvement activities in collaboration with the Provost and other key departmental leaders. Participated in and led task forces, committees, and workgroups necessary to improve FPCP delivery systems and accommodate the growth in the numbers of students, course offerings and overall interest in forensic psychology. · 2006-2010: Co-Director, Doctoral Forensic Psychology Concentration Program, Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology (MSPP), West Roxbury/Newton, Massachusetts; In collaboration with a very part-time co-director, organized, coordinated, and directed the operational components needed to ready a small, relatively undeveloped Forensic Psychology Concentration Program (FPCP) for sustained growth. Initial roles were heavily focused on student recruitment, as well as development and monitoring of field placement sites, including cultivation of prospective sites along with the community resources that would accommodate an increasing number of students over time; extensive collaboration with staff was needed to initiate and maintain marketing and recruitment strategies. Also involved was the planning and development of several new courses to add a level of depth and sophistication to the current forensic concentration courses. Part-time faculty recruitment was also necessary. Plans were also developed and enacted to more fully prepare students for successful post-graduation forensic psychology practice, including attainment of APA internships and post-doc opportunities. Simultaneously directed the development of a master’s level program to better develop a pipeline of qualified students for the doctoral program in forensic psychology.


· 2007-2014: Taught doctoral level students in both clinical development courses and specialty courses in forensic psychology (see courses taught below). Developed and participated in innovation and scholarship in teaching and training. Highly sought after and actively engaged in the mentorship and professional development of a diverse cadre of students. Worked collaboratively with faculty members across disciplines and programs.


· 2006-2007: Director, Master’s Level Program Development, Forensic and Counseling Psychology Program (accredited by the Massachusetts Board of Higher Education, Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology); Collaborated with the Dean of Master’s Degree Programming and the Chief Operations Officer to develop and submit a comprehensive proposal to the Massachusetts Board of Education’s accreditation body, which resulted in approval of a Master’s Program in Forensic and Counseling Psychology (FCP) well in advance of the target date. Assumed overall responsibility for EAP policy development, design and enhancement including program planning; development of standards and practices; marketing strategies for program promotion; data collection and the development of objective outcome-driven performance standards. This responsibility was extremely relevant to quality assurance and included procedural guideline updates and implementation within Brookhaven’s Occupational Medicine Department. Such implementation also included updates to record-keeping practices, office standards, maintenance of confidentiality that exceeded HIPPA standards and the use of best-practices in business approaches.
