• Identified an omitted IT fiber-routing scope and led field validation and SOW development covering conduit routing, bid strategy, budget, and schedule, mitigating potential startup delays and reactive costs.

Project Horton

• Managed redesign and vendor selection for a 450 kW generator after identifying specification gaps, coordinating manufacturers, maintenance, and project stakeholders to optimize technical requirements while maintaining reliability; delivered $300K+ in cost savings and avoided a 20-week construction delay.
• Managed project execution for electrical design and construction support of a greenfield company hangar, coordinating engineering and construction requirements.

FOCUS - RFAB

• Project managed an end-of-life UPS replacement supporting critical manufacturing loads, developing switching procedures and risk analysis and leading UPS, breaker, and load-bank commissioning with zero interruption to critical loads.
• Led RFAB2 electrical-system commissioning documentation, completing 50+ panelboard updates/corrections and identifying 20 panels requiring field verification to improve system accuracy and turnover readiness.
