Additional Information

My personal goal is to meet with each property owner to get your permission for ideas and for your contact information. Communication, transparency, respect for neighbors during business meetings is required for a timely successful meeting. Attendance needs to be top priority to oversee our investments in this community. Concerns from all owners must be addressed, dues & assessments collected in January should start scheduling work that has been tabled too long.

It would be my pleasure to share my professional experience & community goals with the current board members and my neighbors in our beautiful community.

The Board has approached me to chair a committee to focus on Community Coordinators to address vendors, scheduling work, obtaining bids, trimming any fat from our current budget & working on 2024 budget.

Please consider all candidate's should be fulltime residence to be fair to the Community.

Respectfully submitted,

Linda Sue Granata
