I am an Advocate of The High Court of United Republic of Tanzania and Subordinates Courts thereto save for Primary Courts enrolled to the bar on 10th December 2021 with a Roll number 10605 and currently working with, The Tanganyika Law Society (TLS) as the head of the Arusha Chapter currently in the rank of a Northern Zone Officer In-charge, with Administrative jurisdiction to hear and determine all the Administrative issues ordinarily heard by Executive Director, (ED- Headquarters). I am responsible for performing the core duties of the National Bar at both Chapter and Zonal level in team of the Strategic Plans of the Bar. 1. Administrative jurisdiction to hear and determine all the Administrative issues ordinarily heard by Executive Director, (ED- Headquarters).
2. Responsible for performing the core duties of the National Bar at both Chapter and Zonal level in team of the Strategic Plans of the Bar. 3. The duties include as per section 4 subsection (a –i) of The Tanganyika Law Society Act (Cap 307 RE 2002)
4. Receive and act/channel to responsible officer/organ.
5. Create and Maintain linkages between TLS and key stakeholders.
6. Initiate programs and activities for realization of TLS objectives.
7. Forwards and follow up all communications.
8. Represent TLS to potential and strategic meetings and international workshops.
9. Conducts programs to uphold access to justices.
10. Coordinate the provision of legal services to the communities.
11. Design and coordinate income generating projects both at the chapter and zonal level. 12. Be Secretary to all the TLS organs.
13. Oversee the implementations of all projects both at chapter and zonal level.
14. Arrange, supervise and negotiate for the benefit of the TLS and members welfare.
15. Organize Counting Legal Education programmes at chapter and zone level.
16. Supervise and oversee all financial issues at chapter and zonal level.
· Developing a school model to create awareness among staff, students, and families about diverse cultures and substance use prevention.
· Presented on cultural humility during the 2024 Annual Cultural Humility Conference to teachers and organizations to encourage mental wellness and fostering resilience in diverse youth.
