  • Manage and oversee a team of 2 Packaging Engineer I roles, supporting their projects workload as well as their career development & goals
  • Interpret design turnovers, determining print process while maintaining target cost provided by Marketing/Retail team
  • Support Design team in pre-production for all packaging components - ensuring components are designed for manufacturability
  • Manage development of all new and existing colored packaging components based on project timelines
  • Explore and validate new packaging design and innovations per marketing request
