- Manage and oversee a team of 2 Packaging Engineer I roles, supporting their projects workload as well as their career development & goals
- Interpret design turnovers, determining print process while maintaining target cost provided by Marketing/Retail team
- Support Design team in pre-production for all packaging components - ensuring components are designed for manufacturability
- Manage development of all new and existing colored packaging components based on project timelines
