    • Work in unison with the HR Department to ensure the field electricians success within the Company. Implement new processes and procedures to enhance work flow and create cost savings.
    • Fleet Manager - responsible for 125 trucks across two departments.
    • Duties:
    • Built the Fleet Department from the ground up, implemented new processes, procedures and created new accounts and relationships with outside vendors. Within the first year saved the Company $273,000.00 in costs.
