Areas Of Interest

 Art has always been an important part of my life, whether visual or performing. I can just as easily spend quiet time drawing characters or perform for audiences as a Mocko Jumbie (peg legged stilt dancer), while playing the steel pan. Recently, my artwork has been commissioned by Wawa to enhance their entryway. Other ways I find to create art is through cake baking and decor. I have a talent for creating cakes of unusual design or of models to scale. Some of my favorite cake creations include a working slot machine and an exact replica of a backyard pool. My talents have led me to volunteerism and as a member of St. Mark's at the Crossing Episcopal Church, I've spent many years collecting and delivering food to families that we serve in our community. I've even taken it upon myself to bake and provide birthday cakes for their children. When my imagination soars, my hands go to work.
