Lindsay Molands

I began my career as an RN at WTH on A7, a Cardiac Progressive Care Unit. COVID was in full swing at the time, so I was frequently floated to various ICU's. In early 2022 I transitioned to a weekender on the A7 ICU. When the COVID numbers began to stay down late in the Summer of 2022, the A7 ICU closed and I returned to A7. In May of 2023 I accepted a position in the Emergency Department and that is where I continue to work at this time.

It was my privilege to have served as a home health nurse while attending Community College to transition from LPN to RN. I cared for stable, but chronically ill children and young adults in their homes.

My employment with Quest Diagnostics consisted of using my nursing skills to conduct wellness screenings and deliver results for clients. These screenings were performed onsite at various locations including schools, factories, tech companies, and various other places of business.

During my time at Dyer Nursing and Rehabilitation Center I served as an LPN in charge of the nursing care of thirty Residents and supervision of four CNA's each shift.
