EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT/INTERNAL MEDICINE

Functioned in a fast-paced Level III trauma center in the metropolitan area of Los Angeles, CA. Treating patients of varying acuity levels ranging from minor procedures to intensive care admissions. Appointed as the lead provider on the administrative team was able to develop and implement RME (Rapid Medical Exam) protocols to decrease wait times and encourage flow within the department. Also managed and trained all mid-level providers. Incorporated internal medicine in 2015 and rounded as a hospitalist to enhance my knowledge base and competency.
