Lindsey Chastain

I am at an exciting stage of my career: seasoned with some great experiences and hungry for new learning and impact. I have worked for more than one company but spent the last decade with a successful registered investment advisory (RIA) company. As a CPA, I applied my accounting expertise and provided leadership to financial reporting and an internal control environment. I worked with many certified professionals and managed a staff through a period of high growth. I have learned the value of risk assessment, investor relations reporting, and management decision support. I have realized the importance of a positive outlook and collaboration inside a team. This background has been in the context of continuous change and a forward-looking momentum, most recently enabling the merger of a mid-size RIA into a larger one.

As of January 2023, ARGI Financial Group merged with Cerity Partners. In combination with my current role described above, I have also been walking through integration of several accounting and reporting processes. This type of transition requires leadership, problem-solving and a strong understanding of internal data management and external financial reporting.

My husband is the Associate Coach for Notre Dame Swim and Dive. I have two children and enjoy spiritual fellowship as often as my schedule permits.
