In addition to the job duties of my previous role:

• Managed all functions and activities within maintenance department in absence of Maintenance Manager.
• Partnered with recruitment team in screening, on site testing, interviewing, and selection of hourly/salaried candidates.
• Owned and drove maintenance onboarding, training, evaluating, and upskilling workforce while maintaining accurate records and providing feedback.
• Partnered with Maintenance Manager in developing maintenance standards, and promoted best practices with an emphasis on equipment criticality, equipment condition inspections, effective planning and scheduling, completing high quality maintenance repairs while adhering to quality, safety, health & environmental policies, and procedures.
• Analyzed operational data and equipment performance history to deliver improvements in critical maintenance related metrics: unplanned downtime, PM and schedule compliances, Mean-Time-Between-Failures, and maintenance parts/labor costs.
• Learning Management System Site Coordinator:

Developed and improved employee training outcomes with the implementation of customized learning paths tailored to departmental needs. This included document/program creations, tracking progress plantwide, and submit monthly metrics for all Safety and QA programs to stay up to date with company standards/procedures.

Developed Maintenance Program. Collaborated with instructional designers to develop engaging multimedia content for online courses.

• Safety Site Coordinator:

Developed, implemented, and owned company environmental safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Led incident investigations, identified root causes, and proposed corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

• Managed skilled team of 18-20 direct reports consisting of Maintenance Technicians, Storeroom Clerks, Lubrication Specialists, Control Specialists, HVAC Technicians, and 5S Specialist.
• Led and maintained accountability for team during repair activities on facilities, manufacturing, and packaging processes while ensuring all company employee, safety, and food safety policies/procedures were being maintained.
• Facilitated and maintained strong communication between staff and management to ensure seamless coordination during planned repairs/overhauls or emergency situations.
• Assisted with schedule conformance and overtime planning while adhering to maintenance needs throughout facility and staying within labor budget to reduce excess costs.
• Tracked, analyzed, and reported daily KPI's and delivered improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Conducted root cause analysis on recurring equipment failures and implemented corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Developed, promoted, and ensured maintenance asset reliability through all aspects of CMMS (SAP), TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, and led continuous improvement initiatives.

• Directed maintenance activities for up 18 cross functional teams within maintenance, and provided support to ensure production lines and plant processes were operating efficiently while prioritizing repairs and resources.
• Ensured workforce followed all plant guidelines for Safety, SQF's, GMP's, Quality, SAP PM processes, and time confirmation.
• Guaranteed customer satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly and professionally at all times.
• Improved production efficiency by implementing lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies and streamlining processes.

• Configured, programmed, troubleshot, modified, and improved PLC systems to minimize downtime and maximize productivity efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Installed, maintained, troubleshot, and performed calibration on instrumentation equipment such as temperature sensors, pressure sensors, pressure switches, temperature switches, weighing systems, in-line analyzers, valve actuators/positioners, and more.
• Installed, maintained, and troubleshot motor control systems including VFDs, servos, and robotic systems.

• Prevented stock discrepancies by performing routine inventory checks using both manual methods and automated systems.
• Streamlined warehouse operations for improved efficiency by optimizing storage layouts and organization.
• Managed relationships with suppliers to address any issues related to shipment delays or discrepancies promptly, minimizing disruptions to operations.
