· Autonomous APRN at a 60 bed, level IV NICU with ECMO capabilities.

· Proficiently stabilize, admit, manage hospital course, and discharge planning of hospitalized neonates.

· Perform vital procedures necessary for the care of the critical newborn such as: intubation, umbilical line placement, PICC line placement, peripheral arterial lines, chest tubes, thoracentesis, and lumbar puncture.

· Proficiently manage an infant requiring respiratory support,

· Manage pharmacological and non pharmalogical treatment for various disorders and diseases.

· Collaborate with the multi disciplinary team and families to provide optimal, compassionate care.

● Provided direct patient care to preterm and term infants on a 72 bed Level III NICU.

● Closely monitored neonates with a wide array of clinical conditions, from micropreemies to congenital defects.
