  • Running, and scribing the nightly meeting, where clients each go over their days, hardships, victories, and goals for the next day.
  • Competently monthly audits on the building to ensure its maximal safety, checking generators, emergency lighting, first aid, AED, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, etc. Fixing, or putting in an order to fix things when needed.
  • Ensuring all company receipts at my location are uploaded appropriately, as well as any receipts produced by the clients into their own files.
  • Taking clients to the grocery store weekly, assisting them in creating a list, making nutritious choices, adhering to client allergies, and supporting them in tracking prices and staying on their weekly budget.
  • Completing daily shift notes, recording observations, and any relevant information from that day for the clinical team to receive. Recorded using Best Notes.
  • Completing weekly progress notes, which include areas of success and areas that could use improvement, sent out to the clinical team and parents if the client agrees.
  • Assisting and supporting clients in following the program's daily routine, also including support in completing daily hygiene and house chores.
  • Safely transporting clients to activities or appointments, ensuring that relevant medications and documents are on hand as well.
