  • Index and process all incoming checks.
  • Work Mail Merges received via Jira requests.
  • Index/Upload Outlook boxes. This includes ASInBox, DMA Box, AP Invoices, Claims Submissions, Corrected Claims, and CS Claims).
  • Print all outgoing mail requests that are received via Onbase, Jia Requests, and Salesforce.
  • Insert all outgoing mail using the inserting machine, manually inserting when needed(this includes letters off desktop printers).
  • Build/assemble any packets requested for outgoing mail received via Jira.
  • Apply appropriate postage to all outgoing mail using the post machine and prepare mail to be delivered to the post office each afternoon..
  • Prepare all shipping requests for daily pickup. This includes safely packaging, creating shipping label and having ready for pickup time.
  • Answer phone for all loading dock deliveries (UPS, FedEx, W.B. Mason), check in all packages and communicate with the recipient to ensure delivery of package
  • Perform preventive maintenance daily to all mailroom equipment. This includes the inserter machine, postage machine, copiers/printers, both scanners, mail opener machine and individual work equipment
