Responsible for maintaining working knowledge of various tasks throughout the facility. As a member of leadership I was also responsible for training clinical staff on standard operating procedures in those tasks which included:

• Accurately collecting, preparing anywhere from 120 to 180 plasma units for freezing, preparing samples of plasma for testing, and preparing plasma units and samples for shipment daily.
• Obtained and accurately recorded donor vitals, performed fingersticks, tested samples to determine donor hematocrit and total protein levels.
• Installed and disconnected disposable sets on Aurora Xi plasmapheresis machines and performed any troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Performed phlebotomy (Venipuncture) monitored donors throughout their donation and responded quickly to any emergency reactions.
• Regularly maintained and calibrated a variety of equipment.
• Data entry throughout various job duties.

• Handled 50+ daily calls managing insurance company inquiries and resolving service problems.
• Understand and explain policy, coverage, billing and eligibility provisions related to individual member
  circumstances.
• Documenting and recording all member interactions accurately.
• Collaborated remotely with Team leaders, supervisors, and coworkers to ensure accurate and timely information was given to all members.

• Identified sales opportunities and referred customers to branch partners in financial services.
• Answered telephone inquiries on checking and savings accounts, and loans
• Answered customer inquiries regarding account balances, transaction history, and services charges.
• Completed high-volume money counts via both manual and machine-driven approaches.
• Balance currency, coin, and checks in
  cash drawers at ends of each shift, and calculate daily transactions using computers, calculators, or adding machines.
• Monitored and reported suspicious activity in line with bank security policies.
• Calculated fees due, interest and change for customer transactions.
