Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients recovering from a variety of conditions in the Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) and to long-term acute care patients in the Medical-Surgical Telemetry (MST) unit. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, medication administration, IV therapy, telemetry monitoring, wound care, tracheostomy and ventilator management, patient education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and accurate EMR documentation. Monitor for changes in patient condition and deliver safe, high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
