Summary

Since 2018, I have been a dedicated volunteer in my local music community. The majority of my experience comes from working in the fast-paced music festival environment. Over the years, I have had my hands in various sectors of what makes these kinds of events possible, and learned a great deal about what is imperative to maintaining safety, above all else. Moving forward, I am seeking experience in a more well-established, professional environment, with a greater focus on harm reduction, incident management, conflict resolution, and to work with a team that values these aspects as part of the foundation that helps make community spaces safer for everyone involved.
