Partner Operations:
- Proactively track and manage partner operations and Partner KPIs through use of salesforce.com, reporting and other capabilities.
- Maintain and grow Partnership levels through programmatic management of day-to-day partner operations
- Ensure Client CSAT surveys are completed (for successful projects) in Partner Portal
- Register new Deals for sourced/joint credit

- Data entry and ongoing maintenance for Salesforce.com accounts, contacts, opportunities, leads and notes/attachments that are respective to each section
- SOW creation and sales contract support; i.e. check for errors/redundancies
