Gap in Employment to Raise my Family

You may notice the gap in my employment history shown on my resume. I have taken time away from a career to focus on starting a family and building a strong family unit. Although I have not worked “on paper” for several years, it does not mean I have sat idle. I have been working along side my husband building a successful Graphic Design and helmet painting business, Censport Graphics. You can check us out at, www.censport.com. I handle all of the bookwork for the company, as well as assisting in preparation and painting of the helmets. I also work as a Freelance Interior Decorator.

Hobbies

During my "free time", I enjoy furniture restoration, woodworking, ceramics, mixed media art, and gardening. I have also been volunteering at my children's school. I, along with several other parents have committed to rebuilding the Art department. This includes stocking the art room, compiling teaching resources for parents, teaching art classes, as well as setting up fundraising events for the program. We successfully launched, The Evening of Art. This was an event where we auctioned off class art projects to earn money for supplies. It was a hit!
