This included passing medications, assisting patients with activities of daily living, doing assessments on patients, as well as being introduced to the role of the nurse and how to time manage care among patients. Program was just for the summer (4 months). Very selective program, with only about 20 ish spots and over 120 applicants (super grateful to have had this experience!!).
