- Managing Appointments- scheduling appointments for customers such as booking, changing/rescheduling, and/or cancellation
- Greet Clients- welcoming clients in, creating a friendly environment
- Phone Communications- Answering phone calls and addressing client inquiries
- Customer Service- Assisting clients with concerns, ensuring their experience is a good one, as well as helping clients with any issues that may arise during their visit
- Product Knowledge- Understanding what the nail salon provides and what treatments might be best for clients
- Processing Payments- Ringing up sales accurately using a POS system
- Understanding how to correctly take cash, credit/debit cards, and other payments such as apple pay.
