I am a quick learner and always welling to do more. Being in Customer Service for 10+ years taught me a lot. From being patience to meeting sale points, to understanding life in general with your surroundings and their needs and help providing their needs.

I love working with technology, it can be as simple as creating videos or surfing the web, to taking it apart to upgrade the computer for faster and reliable service, I would like to think i am capable to achieve anything i wanted to.

Work History

Helper for Transporting Campers Around the US!

My duties include:

  • Look on the load-board for potential jobs, we are interested in taking.
  • Gathering information for upcoming jobs. Preparing for safe travel.
  • Get to the yard, do an inspection on the camper for damages or flaws, that we are picking up to transport.
  • Note them down and take pictures.
  • Making sure tire pressure is at the correct PSI and is in good working condition.
  • Check to see if the vents are shut and lights are off in the camper, to prepare for the weather ahead.
  • Hook up battery, transporting plates and making sure the title and the VIN match. To ensure we have the right camper.
  • Also, my responsibility is to find transfer jobs along the way back to our destination. We try not to drive back empty.
  • Exit the yard, do a yard exit with paperwork thru the APP.
  • Log on and start driving to deliver the camper.

Cashier/Manager

I worked at Romans Gas Station in Janesville for almost 10 years. I started as a cashier and later got promoted to being a manager! My duties were:

  • Opening the store, that included prepping coffee, sweeping, mopping, taking a walk around the store to see if anything that gotten left in the wrong spot, or if there was frozen food/ refrigerate food that was left out and not in the freezer or cooler, if so, it needed to get invoiced out and dispose of it properly.
  • Hiring process/ Firing process
  • Changing gas prices.
  • Running to the bank.
  • Count "start shift money" and "end of shift" money.
  • Mondays: I did ordering for generic cigarettes, while running the register.
  • Tuesdays: I made orders for "the Major name brand" cigarettes, tobacco, and grocery order (foods, snacks, and drinks). While running the register.
  • Wednesdays: i checked in the cigarettes from Monday order, and put them away accordingly, and invoiced them in the system, while running the register.
  • Thursday: I was responsible for putting inventory away and in the system, from the tobacco and grocery orders from Tuesday order, (any new items i would have to put them in the system and priced them) also did inventory on what came in.
  • Respond to vendors and make an order if needed. (Examples are Pure Juice, Lil Debbie, Frito Lays and cigar companies).
  • I worked on the cooler after my shift was over, but still on the clock on Mondays and Wednesdays and Fridays (Fridays-until i started transporting campers).
  • I had to look for expired stuff and inventory them and toss them accordingly.
  • I had to rotate food goods by dates (later dates in the back, earlier dates in front) less chance of having out of dates, and losing money. =)
  • Being a cashier was top priority before doing anything else.
  • Made ice bags.
  • There was a lot of troubleshooting involved.
  • I had to think fast at certain situations.
  • Down time you clean, dust, and look for out of dates.
  • Have to be people and sales orientate.

Production/ Quality Control

When I worked at Freedom Graphics, I started on the line then got promoted to Quality Control.

My duties were:

  • Putting mail into trays then shelves.
  • You would get as much paper mail as you can and transfer them into a tray and the next person puts shelves on the tray and ship them.
  • When I became QC, I had to look for flaws in the product (Junk mail).
  • Check to see discoloration on color on paper.
  • Check to see if the colors match (the correct color the customer wanted).
  • Words on the letter is correct.
  • If there was a flaw in the product we would have to shut down the line and figure out the problem and fix it.
  • Down time you clean.
