Determined and reliable individual who has worked many years in customer service and has gained solid skills in communication, teamwork, and flexibility. I have assisted many customers and consumers with meeting their needs and have communicated with management when needed. I gained and utilized experience in sports management, Operations, and performance. This includes game preparation, in-game responsibilities, and post-game operations. Examples of this are Operating the scoreboard, Admissions, In-game communication, Pressbox duties such as Music and Managing stream camera, and on-field tasks such as ball boy. I have communicated with officials and opposing coaches to ensure all parties received needed help. I have managed and organized games by myself and am very comfortable doing so for future jobs.
