My high energy allows me to be a consistently motivated individual with a devoted passion for soil conservation and sustainable agriculture. My goal is to make a lasting impact by contributing to the transition of conventional farming practices to more sustainable models which maximize the utilization of cover crops for more effective nutrient management, improved soil biology, carbon sequestration, and reduced rates of erosion. In an effort of guiding farmers in implementing these adjustments to their practices, it will ultimately lead to benefits beyond soil health, such as long-term crop yield and farm economics.
