Summary

I'm a 23 years old appassioante about helping the customer/patient/client and society in general . I'm speak and write fluent Spanish and English .I graduated from high school on 2018 with a 3.5 gpa , I went to college for two semesters to obtained an associate on Human and Social Services but i had to dropped out due to finances but im planing on returning back as soon as i can . After high school i dedicated to the retail world , i worked in several retails stores like cricket , jcpenney and tjmaxx where i worked for almost 3 years . As a retail associate i gained the experience as cashier , warehouse helper , merchandise stocker , customer service , etc . On 2021 i started to work from home with a Concentrix where i was on two project as a pharmacy help desk and later on as a cigna health insurance customer service . On 2022 i had to put my two weeks notice due to lack of hours and i became part of the ENT and Allergy Associate working from home as well helping the doctors booking appointments , getting refill for medication etc . Working from home gave plenty of customer service experience , computer skills , patient and skills on the pharmacy and insurances world . However , i have always know my path which is helping other , that is why i got my ParaPro test to work as a non instructional assistant at schools and also got my Board Certification as an Registered Behavior Technician . I consider myself a very helping person , who love working with people , childs and the elderly , i like to understand them and help if need to become a better version of theirself , i am a quick learner and im ready to change people lifes even with small actions .
