Summary

My experience as a whole can be summed up by a heart for people, a will to do life and ministry with excellence, and a passion for empowering those around me by encouraging them in their God given gifts, skills, and passions. I have a great amount of experience working with people from all walks of life having attended an international school to working on a retail floor in one of the largest international airports in the world as well as working in many other service positions. I have learned the logistical and practical skills of how Churches and ministries run from serving on just about every team imaginable , Guest Services, Guest Relations, Kids, Youth, Production, Leading Events at a Flagship Campus, Hosting, Serving at Conferences in Stadiums, etc. I have an Advanced Diploma in Ministry, I studied Theology, Leadership, and Team Building with firsthand experience in ministry for 3 years at Hillsong in Sydney, Australia. I became a Mother in 2023 which has taught me boundless empathy, compassion, consistency, patience, and so much more. All of the previously mentioned achievements have taught me the value and shown me the fruit of hard work and showing up in every season.

  • Gained expertise in cultivating an excellent luxury experience for a diverse demographic of clientele working in the international terminal of one of the world's largest airports while combining authenticity and sales strategies. Attention to detail, being able to assess a client's needs and lead them on a journey that adequately connects them to the brand via story telling and product knowledge, is essential in order to discover exactly what product they desire, and ultimately create genuine and personal client loyalty. This role also entails maintaining relationships with clients and communicating stock availability, releases, and holds on products. This looks like communicating about schedules for the day of leading up to Sundays with primary stakeholders, and communicating that to all essential people and teams (which add up to approximately 100 people) so that the entire location of employees and volunteers is in the loop about the schedule and ongoing operations. This role also required communicating amongst all teams on a Sunday, delegating roles so that tasks are completed, keeping rehearsals, stage checks, and run through's on time, occasionally communicating cues with other locations' Events Managers in California as we live stream our services as a flagship location, and ultimately allowing guests and primary stakeholders to feel the seamless flow of the day. This role requires excellent communication, level headedness in a fast paced and a potentially high stress environment, a foresight for any technical or interpersonal issues, initiative in problem solving, and personable leadership while maintaining my own team and others.
