Aspiring occupational therapy student at The University of Texas at Tyler, with a strong foundation in kinesiology and hands-on clinical exposure in orthopedic, sports medicine, and hospital settings. Completed internships at Andrews Institute for Orthopedics & Sports Medicine and Hunt Regional Hospital, gaining experience observing patient rehabilitation, therapeutic interventions, and interdisciplinary care. Brings additional strengths from roles as a cheer coach, dance instructor, and assistant early childhood teacher, where I developed skills in motor development, adaptive instruction, behavior support, communication with families, and creating engaging and individualized learning environments. Eager to continue my education at UT Tyler and deepen my clinical knowledge within a community and academic environment that has already shaped my professional growth. Passionate about helping individuals of all ages improve functional independence, confidence, and quality of life through movement-based, client-centered care.
