  • Also served as payer expert in the Field Reimbursement Specialist role for Amgen for the NW Territory which included WA, ID, MT, OR and AK. Educated offices on company portal, reviewed benefits investigations to resolve coverage issues with commercial and Medicare insurance plans, educated on prior authorizations, appeals and provided claims support for the Bone Health Products of Evenity and Prolia.
