Dedicated and safety-driven Locomotive Operator and lead a crew of 3. I have 17 years experience total with The Mosaic Company. I worked in Material Handling for the past 14 years as a field operator, wetrock unloader, and switchman. I was the Area Safety Committee Lead for 3 years and I was on the Emergency Response Team for 10 years. I have Hazmat training, and follow OSHA standards. I've coordinated tasks and daily railcar movements with other departments to ensure plant safety. I have also coordinated with maintenance, E/I, contractors inside/outside the plant. I have experience in OIS, Microsoft, Intelex, incident reports (some), and SAP for workorders. Dedicated and adaptable professional with a proactive attitude and the ability to learn quickly. Strong work ethic and effective communication skills. Eager to contribute to a dynamic team and support organizational goals.

• I have recieved 2 awards at Mosaic, Employee of the Month and Crew of the Month. Crew of the Month was really special because we were the 1st crew to ever be recognized as a whole, they have never done the in the history of Mosaic Riverview.
