While at this contract, I assisted in the opening of a new freestanding Emergency Room, as a satellite facility to the main ED.

As a traveling nurse, I worked at this brand new, state-of-the-art facility for 6 months.  I worked as a nurse in a busy Level 3 Emergency Room.  As one of the leading Cancer Treatment and organ transplant hospitals in the Dallas Area, we saw a vast variety of patients.  These patients included LVADs, Heart Transplant patients, Lung Transplant patients, Sickle Cell Crisis, and Cancer Treatment/Chemotherapy patients.  All of these patients required full Sepsis protocol workups.
