Serve Safe Certification

As night auditor, one of my responsibilities was set up for breakfast prior to my shift ending. Often, the morning cook would be running late and I would start breakfast for them so that guests would have a timely breakfast without delay. I Proactively took the food safe handling course and obtained the Serve Safe Certification so that I could assist with breakfast preparation in time of need.
